Quick answers to frequent questions about Requests, leave, and account.

Why don't I see Requests?
Only admins and managers see "Requests". Employees use Dashboard and Calendar.
How do I cancel approved leave?
If you're an employee, use "Request cancellation". An admin or manager then uses "Approve cancellation" or "Reject cancellation".
Error about overlapping leave?
Pick different dates or cancel the existing request.
Asked to confirm my email?
Use "Resend confirmation email" or the link from your signup email.
Sent to Join or create organisation?
You're not in an organisation yet. Use your invite link or "Create organisation".
Password reset link invalid or expired?
In Settings → Account, use "Send password reset email" again.
