Quick answers to frequent questions about Requests, leave, and account.
- Why don't I see Requests?
- Only admins and managers see "Requests". Employees use Dashboard and Calendar.
- How do I cancel approved leave?
- If you're an employee, use "Request cancellation". An admin or manager then uses "Approve cancellation" or "Reject cancellation".
- Error about overlapping leave?
- Pick different dates or cancel the existing request.
- Asked to confirm my email?
- Use "Resend confirmation email" or the link from your signup email.
- Sent to Join or create organisation?
- You're not in an organisation yet. Use your invite link or "Create organisation".
- Password reset link invalid or expired?
- In Settings → Account, use "Send password reset email" again.
