Adding and managing leave

Everything is done in Calendar. Add, request, or cancel leave from one place.

Where to go

Everything is done in "Calendar". The Dashboard links to Calendar.

Adding leave

  • Use "Add leave" or "Request leave".
  • Select "Leave type", dates, and "Full day", "AM (half)", or "PM (half)".
  • Optional: add a "Note".
  • Admins and managers may see "Staff member" to add leave for someone else.

Cancelling leave

  • Pending: Use "Cancel request".
  • Approved (admins/managers): Use "Cancel leave".
  • Approved (employees): Use "Request cancellation". Then an admin or manager uses "Approve cancellation" or "Reject cancellation".

Notes

Editing an existing leave request is not available yet. Add new leave from Calendar instead.
